The customer may cancel the order by sending an email to geral@modulo60.com, within 24 hours after MODULO 60 has received the order confirmation.

In order to cancel the request it must be indicated the order number and the name of the customer and wait an e-mail sent by MODULO 60 confirming the cancellation of the order.

If the customer wishes to return the ordered items, an email must be sent to geral@modulo60.com requesting the return and after confirming the validity, MODULO 60 returns the money of the purchase. Delevery costs will not be reimbursed.

MODULO 60 will assume the costs of the return shipping, when the item is damaged or if there has been an error in its shipment.

The Customer has the right to claim any defect, inaccuracy or inadequacy of the product in relation to what has been ordered, within the legal deadlines established for this purpose.
