In order to use our online sales services, the Customer is obliged to provide us with certain information about his / her personal data, which is indispensable for handling the order, issuing invoices and guarantees.

The Customer undertakes to provide true information and to act in the terms established here, and the communication of false information or the non-communication of any information will automatically entail the cancellation of any order.

Modulo 60 undertakes to safeguard the maximum privacy and security of Customers' personal data, not selling them or making them available to third parties for the purposes of Direct Marketing without their explicit consent.

By registration, the Customer only accepts its use by Modulo 60, for the processing of orders, transmission of other useful information and Direct Marketing. In the latter case, this authorization may be revoked at any time.

At any time the Customer is also guaranteed the right of access and rectification of any data concerning him or her, contained in our database, through his Client area.
